The complete set of eight engravings after Martin de Voss (c. 1532 – Antwerp – 1603). Size of sheets: all c. 34.4 x 26.3 cm. Watermark: Eagle shaped coat of arms with a lion (similar to Briquet 1887–1891, between 1582 – 1600 in Mid-Rhine region).

Augustinus Arnold, 19th century collector (inscription verso, not in Lugt).

 

Exemplary impressions on full sheets. The impressions are untouched and so fresh that some still have the contre-épreuve of the previous plate at the back.
