Emanuel von Baeyer Gallery is delighted to host "Under the Coral Sea": Cas Campbell in conversation with Nigel Ip.

The discussion will explore the ideas, materials and research behind the exhibition Under the Coral Sea, from Carboniferous megafauna and marine ecosystems to the writings of Patti Smith and Jules Verne, and the ways in which stories, objects and identities are constructed, adapted and preserved.

The afternoon will begin with a brief introduction by Ben Hunt to the work of Carel de Nerée tot Babberich, the Dutch Symbolist artist whose works are exhibited alongside the show.
